Whitehall, MT to Pocatello, IDWell, one of the reasons we embarked on this journey was to expose our children to foreign cultures and cuisines. It didn't take long. While stranded in Whitehall, Montana, Hollis "Bubba" Tompkins discovers a local delicacy. Apparently, at least one of these babies is purchased every day from the gas station convenience store. Liz, the epicure, questioned a staff member about this dish and was reassured that they didn't eat pickled gizzards- they prefer them deep-fried!
